How Hosted Geneva Works with GlobeOp

You secure the Advent Geneva Software and Partner Software license from Advent. GlobeOp then works with Advent to initially install and test the software. We provide for installation and setting of warm servers for disaster recovery to support data replication with a maximum time lag of 15 minutes. GlobeOp also provides support services ranging from security master set-up through to custom integration to existing customer platforms. We offer ongoing operational monitoring of servers for disk space, memory and CPU usage as well as network monitoring for hardware and carrier performance.

Our support package includes

  • First-Level Support from a 24/7 help desk to respond to basic customer issues
  • Second-Level Support for ongoing installation of patches, troubleshooting of hardware, and communication of problems and offers
  • Third-Level Support from product experts with a strong technical understanding of the application, systems and hardware, who provide solution design, project management and ongoing Advent (Geneva & Partner) technical support
