Ira Rosenblum

Co-Founder / Managing Director

Ira Rosenblum is responsible for business strategy and product development for GlobeOp Managed Services. Before becoming a founding partner of GlobeOp, Rosenblum served as Director of Security Operations and Treasury Management at Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM). His responsibilities at LTCM included management of operational infrastructure, treasury and relationships with clearing and prime brokers. Prior to joining LTCM, Rosenblum managed operational infrastructure at the New York offices of Salomon Brothers and L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. Rosenblum earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York in Brockport, NY.

 

Bob Schwartz

Chief Technology Officer

Bob Schwartz has more than 20 years of experience in managing large global technology teams and projects, particularly for the financial services industry. Schwartz joined GlobeOp from Lehman Brothers, where he served as Managing Director for Operations Technology, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Derivative Technology, among other positions. Previously, Schwartz worked for Bankers Trust building that firm’s derivatives technology environment. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.

 

Marek Ponarski

Global Head of Information Technology

Marek Ponarski joined GlobeOp Financial Services in December 1999. Prior to GlobeOp, Ponarski worked at Long-Term Capital Management (LTCM), where he had been since 1996. His focus was on various global information technology systems in LTCM's Greenwich, London and Tokyo offices. Ponarski holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science) from Trinity College, Hartford, CT.
